How do I purchase online?Shopping with Pendeza could not be made easier.
Go to our website, click on the products page, select the model that matches your order request, you will be redirected to the purchase page.
Select the size and quantity you would like, Add to cart. You will be redirected to the shopping cart page. From here you may continue shopping by clicking the continue shopping button.
Select all the products you would like.
Click on checkout, enter your information on the checkout page.
Click next, enter your payment method. Enter your promotional code if available and any special instructions you have.
Click next to complete the transaction and your order will be placed.

How can I cancel/change my order?If you wish to cancel or change your order please contact us to submit your request. We endeavor to respond within 24 hours. Please note, if we are unable to amend your order we will cancel the order and advise you to resubmit the order. If we are unable to cancel your order, please refer to the returns and exchange procedure. Please note, you credit/debit card will only be charged once.

Can I pay with a debit card?Yes, you can use your debit card under the card payment option.

Has my order been dispatched yet?Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email advising you of this along with your order ID. If you do not receive this email within 48 hours of placing the order please contact us and we will investigate further. Please refer to our delivery information to find out how your product is dispatched and length of time you should expect to wait to receive your order.

Can I order via Telephone?It is not possible to place your order over the phone at this time. We are available to support you in the process of making your order when you are online. I have received an incorrect item?I am very sorry if you have received an incorrect item. I am sure you can appreciate, errors like this can happen. Please contact us and include the details of your order and the item to receive a refund or a replacement.

Part of my order is missing?Although we endeavor to dispatch all your items together, there are times where things may be dispatched separately this maybe due to stock availability or packaging arrangements. Firstly, please check the items you have received against your order request. The order request will show the items which we have dispatched in the package you receive. You may contact us if your full order is not included.

I have received a faulty itemIf you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods by contacting us. Please supply your order number along with detailed information on the fault. We will then investigate this further.
You may be required to return the product that is considered faulty for our quality assurance team to review further.

How do I look after my tights?Pendeza hosiery products are made with the highest quality yarns. Sheer tights are delicate and should be handled with care to ensure longer wear. We recommend the following care;
- Hand wash sheers and lay flat to dry
- Before dressing, remove sharp objects like rings and ensure that your nails are smooth.
- Scrunch up one leg of the pantyhose from the waist down to the toe.
- Carefully insert your toes into the foot of the sheers so they line up with the seam.
- Slowly release section by section of the bunched fabric as you carefully draw them up your leg until reaching your thigh
- Repeat with the other leg then gently position the waist. Then look in the mirror and admire yourself, Be Beautiful, Be Pendeza!
